Swatches: Burberry Light Glow Natural Blush

A while back I did a review for Burberry blush in Rose, and I’ve gotten a few more colors since then. I don’t feel like I need to do full reviews on them since the formula is remarkably consistent – they’re all soft, pigmented, blendable and long-wearing. I do want to show you some swatches though, since it’s always nice to see how different colors compare to each other.

Review: Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powders in Ethereal and Dim

Before these powders were released, I wasn’t really sure what to think about them. Bronzers are meant to mimic a warm, sunkissed glow, not cool-toned shadows cast by killer cheekbones. Anything with shimmer is immediately out. Certain eyeshadows  ...

Review: Hourglass Immaculate Liquid Powder Foundation

I have to start this off by saying I was incredibly skeptical about this product – after all, Hourglass bills its Immaculate foundation as “your miracle for oily skin” and nothing turns me off of a product like including the word “miracle” in the description. Buuuut… I have incredibly oily skin, and I frequently find my pessimism to be unjustified (does that make me a closet optimist?), so I decided to give it a chance. I’ve been sort of holding off  ...
