Quick update

Hey folks! Long time no see. I haven’t been updating the blog as much as I’ve wanted to, for various reasons. I’ve got to admit that part of it is because my skin has gone absolutely freakin’ insane the past few weeks – after being totally clear for over a month, it’s looking really rough, and I kind of don’t want to subject you to that. I’m not sure if it’s a product (I suspect that a mica-heavy finishing powder might have been the culprit) or due to the change in the weather. It’s warm and super humid here, so my skin’s been a little more oily than usual. Luckily it’s clearing up a tiny bit the past few days and I have a dermatologist appointment soon too. You’ll be seeing my goofy-ass grin before too long, I promise.

In the meantime, I’ve got a few things coming down the line. Reviews for Givenchy Le Rouge lipstick and Laura Mercier Creme Eye Liner, drugstore vs high-end showdown for L’Oreal Aqua Lacquer/YSL Glossy Stain, B&A/review of Zoom dental whitening and possibly a series on “WTF is all this stuff, even? And what do I do with it?” AKA beginner basics. Soon.
