This is what I call my “I stayed up all night doing a point in time restore on a production database”… face. As of photo time, we’re talking about 27 hours and counting since I’ve slept. Honestly it’s kind of a miracle that I managed to put anything on without smearing it all over my face. I’m gonna take a nap now.

And it’s always nice to meet another makeup lover / lady in IT! I just transitioned from our company’s linux server team to the storage team (we keep the two separate, unlike other places I hear) and so I get to work with our DBAs a lot. Not many other teams work as hard as DBAs, though I’m learning that storage admins are up there : -)
